Roger E. Stevens began practicing law in Boulder, Colorado, in 1957, focusing his attention on both criminal and civil litigation. In addition to his private practice, Mr. Stevens also served as a Municipal Judge in Boulder from 1958 through 1960. In 1980, Andrew C. Littman joined Mr. Stevens in the practice of law, forming a criminal and civil law firm. Later in that decade, Mark E. Biddison and Dennis J. Tharp became members of the firm.
To better serve clients throughout the state, the firm opened an additional office in Vail in 1998.
After a long and illustrious legal career, Mr. Stevens recently scaled back his practice and currently serves the firm of counsel, periodically providing valuable consultation services and advice to the firm and clients.
